Offers vision fasts and rite of passage trainings which cultivate self-trust, responsibility, and understanding about ones’ unique place within society and the natural world.

Training

Rites of Passage trainings for vision fast guides and other human beings.  Trainings explore the elements of The Four Shields of Human Nature, Mirroring, and Storytelling in immersion programs through one week, two week of month-long trainings.

Vision Fast

Vision Fast programs for adults (17 and up) who want to mark a primary life transition or a significant life change. This ceremony involves several days of preparation, 3-4 days of fasting alone in a wilderness place and a few days of incorporation

Living & Dying

Modern culture has become ever more divorced from our natural surroundings and the ancient wisdom about living and dying.  Practice of Living and Dying Programs aim to increase awareness about how to live and die more consciously.

Living the Practices

Lost Borders teachers and guides offer Living the Practices programs to integrate ceremonial perspectives into everyday life, work and practices, and strengthening professional and personal skills.

Our programs provide guided opportunities, perspectives, teachings and much needed self-reflection in a non-judgemental yet challenging environment.
