Tess Howell (she/her) is a Soma-Source Dance Rites of Passage Facilitator, a Spirit Rock somatics teacher, and has trained in Buddhist Eco-Chaplaincy to facilitate working deeply with nature as place of non-denominational prayer and praise. Tess was born and raised in the UK and grew up deeply steeped in the practice of honouring the Celtic seasonal celebrations, as had been practiced by her local land-based communities for centuries before her.

She is the founder of Wild Moves outdoor dance events and holds passionate and permissive nature-based dance spaces. She is also an artist; and crafter of wild words. You can find her leading online meditation sessions at Insight Timer
