Sam DeBoskey (he/him) is a farmer, carpenter, rites-of-passage guide, and community organizer/organizee living in Denver, Colorado.  He currently manages an urban farm in his home city and is passionate about the power of food and food growing to bring people together.  Sam is a life-long student of the natural world and began his journey with the School of Lost Borders as a youth participant in 2006.  His work has brought him to the intersection of nature-connection and social justice and he relishes in the overlap.  He is a writer, basketball player, and lover of walks.
