Deeply touched by the ecological struggles of Earth in human hands, tbird (thompson) bishop, has spent the last decade immersed in graduate studies focused ecopsychology and somatics, while also reweaving his life with rites of passage. tbird is deeply grateful for the profound educational opportunities, mentorships, and experiences from Naropa, Ojai Foundation, School of Lost Borders, and is currently a PhD student at California Institute of Integral Studies.

tbird has a deep affinity for the Ragged Mountains of Colorado, and finds sanctuary and home with his soulmate Collfeatherz (Colleen Bishop)  just outside of Redstone on the ancestral lands of the Nuche (Ute). Together Collfeatherz and tbird founded Alchemy of Prana in 2017, a nonprofit dedicated to the cultivation of reciprocal consciousness between the human and more-than-human world.

 As a guide, tbird believes strongly in the power of transformation and wild aliveness available in the wild earth. He feels deeply honored and grateful for the opportunity to hold a container for ceremony with multiple organizations currently, and truly believes that the land initiates.
